Jungian-oriented therapy

My methodology is grounded in compassionate and empathetic listening, drawing on Jungian principles to access the unconscious and explore the deep sources of clients' emotional or psychological suffering.

As a Jungian-oriented therapist I am fully present, open, and non-judgmental, creating a safe space where clients can freely explore their thoughts and feelings. I guide them in engaging with their unconscious, thereby strengthening the relationship between the ego and the Self. By working with their dreams, reveries, imagination, and life experiences, I help clients identify and understand the hidden aspects of their psyche.

This approach is designed for long-term engagement, promoting a deep exploration of internal dynamics. By bringing what was previously hidden into consciousness, we work together to alleviate suffering and resolve internal conflicts. Trusting the unconscious to reveal unique solutions, I fully respect each client's nature and boundaries. Solutions will emerge differently for each individual, depending on their personal journey.

Our sessions fall under strict rules of confidentiality and respect for privacy and differing views. My practice benefits from ongoing long-term supervision by a senior Jungian analyst and UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy) registered supervisor.

I have a few openings for sessions at a reduced rate or on a sliding scale. Please don’t hesitate to reach out for more information.
